Potato cyst nematode Globodera rostochiensis could be a plant parasite of potato classified into a bunch of quarantine organisms inflicting high economic losses worldwide. thanks to the long persistence of the parasite in soil, cysts harbor various microorganism whose presence will cause cyst death and population decline. The cysts of G. rostochiensis found in 2 potato fields were used as a supply of microorganism.

Bayesian evolution of the 16S sequences. additionally, the impact of the foremost vital climate and edaphic factors on microorganism diversity were evaluated. relating to the upper taxonomy, our results indicate that the current microorganism categories were Bacilli, Actinobacteria and Alphaproteobacteria. organic process analyses clustered Brevibacterium frigoritolerans inside the family Bacillaceae.
